Antone Little Obituary, St. Louis Shooting: Family Mourn Tragic Death

Authorities said 19-year-old Arquez Phipps of St. Louis has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the First Degree involving serious physical injury. Police stated that he allegedly admitted the firearm belonged to him and had been found loaded inside the home. Officials also noted that the child reportedly shot himself accidentally. Charges remain allegations, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
